Many of you have already heard of P90X, the workout program from the infomercial where people get in the best shape of their life in 90 days. You may not know, however, that I first tried it back in 2005.
I lost about 14 pounds and got in great shape- really for the first time ever. At age 39 I was in better shape than when I was in high school! My first-hand results made me such a believer that I decided to become a P90X coach.

With my wedding coming up this fall, it's time for me to do another round of "The X".
If you have been thinking about P90X, get off the fence do it with me this summer!
We will start P90X on Monday, June 1, 2009.
Everyone is invited- male or female, in shape or still getting there!
** Most of your workouts will be done at your home using your own set of P90X DVDs. (See below if you still need to buy them.)
** We will be supporting each other via email and message boards.
** And for those of you in Milwaukee, we will be getting together for live group workouts on Monday Nights at the Krav Maga- Milwaukee studio (in Brookfield).

What to Bring: Water bottle, heart rate monitor (If you have one), and a towel.
Cost of group sessions: FREE!
You'll need to buy P90X from me or another Team Beachbody coach so you can do the other workouts at home.
If you don't have it yet, feel free to join us anyway to see what P90X is all about.
